I had the pleasure of visiting the Powder & Polish salon today for the first time today and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Jess's attention to detail is fantastic. My toes were filed and shaped perfectly before Jess applied the gel colour. I was then pampered with a wonderful calves and foot massage that was incredibly relaxing and left my skin and soles as soft as a baby's bottom.
The salon is modern, airy and meticulously clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The whole appointment (one hour) felt very opulent, especially given the very reasonable price.

I have had both waxing and nails done and left very happy with the quality. Unlike other tans, it didn't wash off easily after the 2-3 hours that it was applied. I then tried the next morning and had to scrub significantly which hurt and had a few tears at my skin. I am a natural olive tone, the tan came out greenish to begin with and quite orange 24 hours after. I'm giving it one star because the lady who did my tan was nice and made me feel comfortable. However, the outcome and application off the tan didn't have that lush glow.
