Our order came out 15mins later cold. Girl argued she had heated scones. They were cold and stale. 4 coffees ordered. 2 arrived. Food and 2 coffees finished without the other 2 drinks arriving. Staff were in a huge hurry to get rid of us. Made an awesome impression on 4 travellers in this current environment.

My partner, however, waited 45 minutes for a small plate with ham, half a tomato, a handful of mushrooms, and a hashbrown. We were waiting for so long that someone came to ask if we wanted more drinks, and I told them that just the food would be good.
Also. Tomato sauce is very different from ketchup. It's better to just be honest and say you don't have ketchup than try to pass tomato sauce off as ketchup. - Jake webster Added December 09, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor service, long wait times ,
- Jodi Valk Added December 09, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We ordered 2 drinks and a Sunday. Nothing too difficult, however, the drinks were bought out and we were told the Sunday would be a couple of minutes.
30 minutes late I went and enquired as to how much longer it would be and was told they’d check. They didn’t bother to let me know the outcome.
45 minutes later, our friend canceled the order and asked for a refund.
This is very poor service.
